Our Vision

Various Activities At The National Level

  1. Organizational Structures and Frameworks: Developing organizational structures and frameworks for practice.

  2. Guidelines Crafting condition-specific guidelines, including neonatal lung ultrasound, integrated haemodynamic assessment, and POCUS for central line assessment.

  3. Training: Creating a core curriculum, establishing training requirements, developing a robust process for credentialing, and delivering hands-on training courses.

  4. Continuing Professional Development: Offering regular CPD and peer-review sessions for clinicians using POCUS and integrated haemodynamic skills.

  5. Research and Quality Improvement: Engaging in research and quality improvement initiatives related to POCUS and integrated haemodynamics in neonatology.

NeoFOCUS-UK operates with a modest non-profit fund managed within Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity, providing a structured financial platform for future training courses and related activities.
